Craft milling in wind or water mills is listed in the national register of intangible cultural heritage.

Funded by the Ministry of Science, Research and Culture of the State of Brandenburg

Our exhibition redesign in 2020 was funded by “Neustart Kultur”: The aim was to optimize the information dissemination work through, among other things, a more accessible design.

The renovation and conversion of the first floor of the Historic Mill in 2014/2015 and the expansion of the permanent exhibition were co-financed by the European Union.

The redesign of the “Modern Wind Power” exhibition area was financed by VSB energy. With the kind support of Spreewind GmbH.

The Sanssouci mill has been operated by Mill Association Berlin-Brandenburg since 1995.

The permanent exhibition was sponsored by Aktion Mensch.

The permanent exhibition was sponsored by the Association of German Mills.

The Historic Mill Sanssouci+/- is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Palaces and Parks of Potsdam.
